\nAll orders are filled from our Internet warehouse. In-stock products normally ship within 2 to 4 weeks. However, Le Chien Fumant cannot be held responsible for non-adherence to posted delivery timeframes. When a provider informs us that an item on order is no longer available, the customer will be notified by email.<\/p>\n
3. Pricing
\nPrices displayed on www.lechienfumant.com are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping costs. The amount must be paid in one full instalment when the order is placed. All orders must be paid in Canadian dollars. Any local taxes for deliveries outside Canada are at the recipient\u2019s expense.<\/p>\n
4. Shipping costs
\nShipping costs include preparation and packing fees, plus postage. These costs are included in the product price.<\/p>\n
5. Payment
\nOrders made online at www.lechienfumant.com must be paid for using PayPal.<\/p>\n
6. Delivery times
\nAllow five business days to process orders for products in stock at our warehouse, plus an extra week on average for deliveries to Quebec. Le Chien Fumant cannot be held responsible for late deliveries resulting from out-of-stock products or reasons attributable to the carrier.<\/p>\n
7. Returns
\nItems provided by lechienfumant.com are new and guaranteed free of defects. If an item is defective or does not match the order, Le Chien Fumant will exchange it or refund you for it, including shipping costs, within ten days of the delivery date provided it is accompanied by the delivery note and a copy of the lechienfumant.com receipt. To return merchandise, customers must send an email to chienfumant@hotmail.com. The Le Chien Fumant customer service team will handle the exchange or refund.<\/p>\n
If a customer would like to return a product purchased at lechienfumant.com for any other reason, they can choose to exchange it or have it refund. The item must be exchanged within ten days of its delivery.
